Have used them several times in the past, but the latest arrangement I recieved from them only lasted 2 days before the roses drooped and started dying. Highly disappointed! Especially after the amount of money spent on them! Would post a picture but I don't know how. EDIT: I spoke with the owner and she was so nice and apologetic explaining the situation. She had a beautiful new bouquet sent to me first thing. The customer service offered by CC's Flowers is second to none. They went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied and happy. We have definitely became loyal customers for life! I am happy to update my rating to 5 stars!
